Eli was really playing the guitar. Daddy would play and then Eli would strum the strings and giggle at the sound he made.

Driving Lessons

Has time already gone by that fast? I can definetly wait for Eli to drive...what is the driving age now? 30? But Eli wants to be just like Daddy, he even honked the horn.

Watching Meet the Robinsons

I found a new use for the Boppy...movie watching. Our T.V. is up high on a cabinet and we were on the floor watching the cutest movie, "Meet the Robinsons".

My friend Ashton

Little Miss Ashton is Eli's friend and he really likes her. Kristy, Ashton's mommy was holding Eli, but he kept leaning and reaching for Ashton to give her hugs. So cute. Ashton gave Eli her Noah's Ark and animal play set. Thank you Ashton.

Sitting Up in Luke's Bumbo

Luke and Eli get to hang out and play about twice a week, on Tuesdays during our mom's group and then again on Wednesdays at the library baby storytime. Naomi (Luke's Mommy) and I get to work on our blogs and other things while the babies play together. Just the other day Eli was at Luke's house in the Bumbo and he crawled right out of it! Boy I am in trouble because supposedly babies aren't supposed to be able to get out of the Bumbos!?!?! Pray for me. Eli is not only crawling, but he is pulling himself up and trying to cruise around the house too. He is only 6 1/2 months old.

SLEEPING ANGEL

"Now I lay me down to sleep, I pray the Lord my soul to keep..."

This was one of those precious moments when Eli fell asleep on his own without me holding him. He is such an angel whether awake or asleep, but this was one time where I was able to witness the angelicness (is that a word?) of him falling asleep by himself.

SQUASH

Today Eli had his 6 month well baby check up and the doctor said go ahead and start feeding him the yellow and orange veggies...so we did and he really likes SQUASH! He ate the whole jar and he was still asking for more. He had so much fun playing with it and getting it everywhere. I just went with it and ending up letting him try and feed himself and he did a great job. The last few pictures you can see him scraping the bowl. What an amazing boy he is. He is 17 lbs,11 ounces and 26 inches long. He got shots and did so well today, we are so proud of him.
This is so good, please Mom can I have some more?I'll just use my fingers.
All done, I ate the whole thing.

What? It's all gone? Can I eat the spoon?
