HAPPY HARVEST - Eli's Pumpkins

Hey, Do you eat here often? I just ate something that looks the same color as you.

My little PUMPKIN

SQUASH

Today Eli had his 6 month well baby check up and the doctor said go ahead and start feeding him the yellow and orange veggies...so we did and he really likes SQUASH! He ate the whole jar and he was still asking for more. He had so much fun playing with it and getting it everywhere. I just went with it and ending up letting him try and feed himself and he did a great job. The last few pictures you can see him scraping the bowl. What an amazing boy he is. He is 17 lbs,11 ounces and 26 inches long. He got shots and did so well today, we are so proud of him.
This is so good, please Mom can I have some more?I'll just use my fingers.
All done, I ate the whole thing.

What? It's all gone? Can I eat the spoon?

Walk around town - Fri. Oct. 26

After several days of much needed rain and cold, we had a beautiful fall day on Friday and we decided to get out and enjoy the beauty with a walk around town. Plus Jonathan likes to take pictures to paint from. This is my favorite tree in town, next to the Union Church.

That's me walking with Eli outside of Boone Tavern.

We found a cute little Gazebo to sit and rest at.

CRAWLING EVERYWHERE!

Eli is crawling everywhere and he like to crawl under his saucer for some reason. I just thought this was such a cute pictures. I can't resist his adorable little, "don't you think I'm cute" look.

Berea College Mountain Days - October 17

Susan and Rudy Rudolph my friends who own a petting zoo and small animal farm were there with their animals. Susan is my Creative Memories consultant. They had a lot of exotic animals; a Zebu, Alpaca's, miniture ponies and a Brama Bull.
We took our neighbor Austin to hang out with us. They had face painting, archery, log sawing, pumpkin painting, caricature drawings, music and food. It was a beautiful, fun, fall day at Indian Fort.
Eli and Austin with the Brama Bull - I don't think Eli even knows that the bull is sniffing him.

More Keeley & Eli

Keeley was such a big help with Eli, she loves playing with him so much. Keeley we miss you!
